Customers are responsible for making payment according to the available payment method on the website. Orders may only be processed after payment confirmation or order verification.

6. Delivery

MS Fragrance delivers orders across Pakistan. Delivery time may vary depending on the customer location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays or any unexpected delay.

7. 3 Days Return Policy

Customers can request a return within 3 days of receiving the order. The product must be unused, sealed, undamaged and in its original packaging. Used or opened perfumes cannot be returned unless the product received is damaged, leaked or incorrect.

8. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, leaked or wrong product, please contact us within 3 days with clear pictures or video proof. After checking the issue, we may offer a replacement, exchange or refund according to the situation.

9. Return Shipping

Return shipping charges may be paid by the customer unless the mistake is from our side, such as sending a wrong or damaged product.

10. Cancellation

Customers can request order cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
